Confirmation
If the Congress Secretariat receives the completed registration form before 18 June, 2010, written confirmation of registration will be e-mailed to the Congress participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after this date will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation. Registration made after 18 June may lead to minor delays at the registration desks in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any errors in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing immediately.
Cancellation of participation (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the congress will have their paid fees refunded according to the following cancelation rules:
Until 31 March 2010 = 100% refund
Until 30 April 2010 = 50% refund
After 30 April 2010 = no refund.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Cancellation of hotel reservation (a written request is mandatory)
All hotel reservations should be pre-paid when registering. This guarantees your room reservation. All changes must be emailed to DIS Congress Service on participants(at)discongress.com.
In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
Until 14 April 2010 = 100% refund for the hotel reservation
Until 04 June 2010 = 100% refund for the hotel reservation if cancelled room nights can be allocated to another guest
After 04 June 2010 = no refund.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Accompanying persons tours
All tours are guided in English. During transportation participants are insured according to Danish Legislation regarding Transportation Insurance, but should otherwise be covered by their personal travel and health insurance when not on the bus.
The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to adjust or change the programme as necessary. A minimum advance reservation of 10 persons per tour is required in order to guarantee operation. The Congress Secretariat reserves the right to cancel operation in the event of insufficient advance reservations. In the event that the Congress Secretariat cancels the tour, full reimbursement will be made.
Cancellation of partitipation of accompanying persons (a written request is mandatory)
Pre-registered accompanying persons who are unable to attend the congress or the tours will have their fees refunded according to the following cancellation rules:
Until 31 March 2010 = 100% refund
Until 30 April 2010 = 50% refund
After 30 April 2010 = no refund.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Changes
The Organisers reserve the right to adjust or change the programme as necessary.
