Innovative technologies like optical sensors, gis/gps, remote sensing, robotics, machine learning and big data are increasingly used in agricultural practice for smart farming, precision farming, and plant phenotyping.
The IIRB seminar aims to bring together experts from digital technologies and smart farming with the sugar beet sector to discuss the opportunities, challenges and research demands for an implementation in sugar beet production. Speakers come from research, companies and the sugar beet sector. Additionally, several companies and start-ups as well as research projects will be invited to exhibit their work and technical equipment.
We expect 100 participants from sugar beet institutes, breeding companies, mechanical engineering companies and others to attend this seminar - and look forward to meeting you there, too.
The registration deadline was 1st November 2019.
