Workshop 'Growing sugar beet without neonicotinoid seed treatments'

A workshop on possible alternatives to neonicotinoid seed treatments in sugar beet was held 8^th March on the initiative of the IIRB study group Pests & Diseases. Several invited speakers presented a broad range of alternative approaches, breeding advances and possible chemical alternatives. Further studies will be needed to fully explore these different options.
